Instrument Person

Now accepting applications for full-time Instrument Person position. M-F and some weekend work required. Competitive salary and benefits package. Leading Edge is a drug-free workplace. Applicant must pass a background check and drug test. Applicant with at least 1 year of experience as an Instrument Person. Applicant can demonstrate proven capability in the following areas:

• Experience with Boundary, Topo, and ALTA Surveys
• Experience with Construction Layout
• Ability to set-up instruments & GPS equipment
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take detailed notes in field book
• Maintains vehicles, work sites & equipment
• Prior experience with FDOT software a plus
• Prior experience with Leica scanner a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
